Mr. Nandan Kundetkar

He is one of the founder members of our organization who has played a pivotal role in making Femto a reality. You can pretty much say that Femto is the brainchild of Mr. Nandan Kundetkar and the fruit of his 14 years of research and hard work.

Renowned for his exceptional research and technical know-how, Nandan Kundetkar is a Postgraduate in Electronics, currently practicing as a Design Consultant, Data and Network Security Expert, and Technology Entrepreneur.

His passion for technological development and expertise in system design has made him venture out into many different areas, one of them being in the field of Medical Diagnostics. For which he acquired a 'utility patent' which applies to the Diagnostic Analysis of Human Body Systems, Organs, and Cells under the PCT protection for Global Intellectual Property valid in India and the USA. Using cloud-based technology, Nandan Kundetkar was able to develop Femto Device which could be used to provide medical relief to severely sick patients even on ventilators. This is made possible because of the cutting-edge FEMTO technology that is designed to resolve issues at the base unit level. Therefore, in the medical field, it has been used to reverse the effects of severe pathologies and can also be used to diagnose diseases at the cellular level, including Cancer.

Another revolutionary application of the FEMTO technology has been in the field of pollution control. After multiple trials and errors, Mr. Kundetkar was able to come up with the right methodology to eradicate pollution with the de-carbonization technique. De-carbonization works at the sub-atomic level by removing all the toxic gases like Carbon Monoxide, Carbon dioxide, nitric oxide, and other pollutants present in emissions, to neutralize its effects. This is one of the most optimal ways to end Global Warming on a large scale.

Through his streak of excellence, he has gathered multiple patent claims in IPTV, broadband media, and data security. He has also used his expertise in the field of electronics, instrumentation, automotive, and the consumer goods sector in India and helped them streamline their operations.

Mr. Kundetkar has been a vanguard of brilliant minds and an eminently respected expert in multiple niche technologies including Femto Technology, space sciences, and theoretical physics.

Mr. Ramesh Agrawal

Mr. Ramesh Agrawal has been central to the formation and development of Femto Technologies. He is an accomplished CA by profession who wears many hats in the organization, right from being a Business Leader to partnering with Mr. Nandan Kundetkar on several projects in the field of Telecom, Media, Medical Diagnostics, Pollution Control, and a lot more. He has been at the forefront of opening newer avenues for the FEMTO technology to penetrate and the right hand of Mr. Kundetkar for promoting and executing his research methodologies into practice.

Mr. Ramesh Agrawal

After completing his B.Com in 1982, he went out to secure a national level rank in the CA finals in the year 1985. Since then he has invested in many different businesses like chemical manufacturing, mining, corporate advisory, and real estate and gathered a deeper understanding of the financial market around him. He has been one of the key advisors in the organization and has witnessed many transformations during this business. His contributions have been instrumental in managing and overcoming various public issues at the stock exchange.

Mr. Dhanpal Doshi

Mr. Dhanpal Doshi has been a Founding Member, Promoter, and Managing Director of the company since its inception. He has over 29 years of experience in the field of Capital & Derivative Market, Sectorial Economics, Real Estate, and Commodity Market. He is also a member of 'The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India'.

After completing his Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Rajasthan University, he started his own company named Indothai Securities Ltd, a brokerage firm to get into the stock market. He is skilled in Capital Markets analysis and an expert in industry analysis and sectorial economics. He is equipped with good knowledge of the real estate business & commodity market. He has also passed the various modules of NCFM of the National Stock Exchange (NSE), BCSM, NISM, MCCP, and AMFI.

Mr. Dhanpal Doshi

His comprehensive knowledge and experience in Financial Management have made him ace his role in the company every step of the way and take up huge responsibilities in the overall operations of the company. His leadership skills and guidance have spearheaded many teams to excel and accomplish their goals.

Mr. Pawan Agrawal

Mr. Pawan Agrawal is another key member of the organisation who brings a fresh perspective to the table. After completing his Masters of Science in Engineering Management and Supply Chain Management from Northeastern University, Boston, he went out to work in the Pharmaceutical Industry as a Supply Chain Planner. This helped him understand the nitty-gritty of the market and get an irreplaceable hands-on experience.

Mr. Pawan Agrawal

His global exposure to international markets and rich experience has established him as an adept Operations and Supply Chain Manager. He has also completed his BE in Biomedical Engineering from D.J Sanghvi College of Engineering and has been working with us since 2016.

He is currently the Operations Head at FGHL and takes care of the Operations and Supply Chain Management. His drive and competence have led to many improvements in the organisation which makes him a promising leader.

Mr. Parasmal Doshi

Mr. Parasmal Doshi has been a Founding Member, Chairman, and whole-time Director of the Indo-Thai Securities, the parent company of Femto Green Hydrogen, since 1995.

He holds a Degree of Bachelor of Commerce and Master of Business Administration and is also a member of the ICAI. He played a prime role in developing a platform for the company to trade in Securities Market from anywhere in the world.

Mr. Parasmal Doshi

Mr. Parasmal Doshi has been a Founding Member, Chairman, and whole-time Director of the Indo-Thai Securities, the parent company of Femto Green Hydrogen, since 1995.

He has been a great advisor for the firm performing various supervisory duties daily. His comprehensive knowledge and excellent grip over financial concepts have made him an expert in all things relating to finance. Under his guidance, our company has seen many highs and lows and made our way through them. We wish to continue this fruitful association with him for many challenges to come.

Mr. Dinesh Sancheti

He acquired great knowledge by being a partner with one of the pioneer companies in manufacturing Diamond Jewelry. Simultaneously he has also Associated with INDO THAI Securities Ltd Since 2006 and was rewarded for his exceptional outcome for the company. And he also bought immeasurable results by adding his valuable inputs to his family business of Diamonds.
